There are two main coastal regions to choose from; the Caribbean and Pacific, not to mention the lush, cloud, and rainforest or the active volcanoes.
Don’t expect the many sloths to help you with your volunteer work. But by all means admire the beautiful flowers, butterflies and exotic birds.
