The Bribri.

  • Imagine a foundation exists which doesn`t impose itself on the community and helps to preserve the Bribri culture...
  • Imagine the construction of a cultural centre whereby indigenous peoples can learn new skills...
  • Imagine building new homes and an on-site bed and breakfast and restaurant which will help support the community...
  • Imagine creating organic gardens and orchards...
  • Imagine creating a commercial fish farm...

Uatsi Indigenous Project

Length:

Minimum: 2 weeks
Maximum: Unlimited

Start:

Any day of the year

Cost:

2 weeks: US $1,195 (611 GBP)
Extra week: US $195 (100 GBP)

16 hours Spanish Lessons US $160 
24 hours Spanish Lessons US  $240
32 hours Spanish Lessons US $320

Schedule:

Volunteering: A minimum of 20 Hours per week.
Spanish Lessons: Monday thru Thursday, 2 or 3 hours each day, if applicable.
