Compared to other international volunteer programs, volunteerbrazil.com offers the most affordable program fees. Our program fee is up to 65% cheaper than our competitors. Most other organizations treat essential language lessons as an add-on, in other words they ask you to pay up to USD300 (GBP 150) in addition to your placement fee for essential Portuguese language classes!
All our programs of 5 weeks or more commence with a week of language classes and orientation.This is included in your placement fee. Volunteers on programs of 4 weeks or less have basic Portuguese lessons and orientation, usually on the day after arrival – prior to commencing project work the following morning!
Whether you choose a homestay or hotel you can be certain you will be staying in accommodation which has been well researched, is comfortable, and will serve you two delicious meals each day - breakfast and dinner.
Please note, that hostel/hotel accommodation will only include breakfast - in addition to this, hotel accommodation may incur an extra cost (surcharge), and may not always be available - so please check availability with volunteerbrazil at the time of booking.
